This year, the Professional Numismatists Guild will again send a talented young numismatist to the annual American Numismatic Association (ANA) Summer Seminar, in the annual PNG Young Numismatists (YN) Scholarship Program.

Nominations will be accepted through March 30, and should include the nominee's name, contact information and an essay outlining why he or she should be awarded the scholarship. The week-long ANA Summer Seminar in Colorado Springs can be an invaluable experience for any numismatist, and especially exciting for a young collector who is just starting to enjoy the hobby. The PNG is pleased to help nurture a deserving young numismatists, so please pass this information along to any that you know.

Summer Seminar is an opportunity for numismatic scholarship and camaraderie, offering students a wide and varied selection of week-long courses suited for anyone, from the curious beginner to the most advanced numismatist. The low weekly fee includes tuition for the class of your choice, a room in Loomis Dormitory (double occupancy) for six nights (Saturday to Friday), and all your meals. Students also have the option of upgrading to single rooms or selecting air-conditioned, off-campus accommodation and tuition packages in a nearby bed and breakfast or upscale hotel.
